Eligibility for Returns

• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products with missing accessories or original packaging.

• Items showing signs of physical damage caused after delivery.

• Customized or special-order products.

Return Process

To request a return:

1. Contact our customer support with your order details.

2. Share photographs of the product if it is damaged or incorrect.

3. Once approved, return the product in its original packaging with all accessories.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed after the returned product passes inspection.

• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Replacement

Defective or damaged products may be replaced based on product availability.
